Sectors we prioritize:
Regulated and recurring industrial services — inspection, testing, certification, environmental services, and permitted specialty services
Essential infrastructure and compliance-driven services with contracted or recurring revenue Industrial manufacturing and distribution with a defensible niche and aftermarket or recurring content
Food manufacturing and distribution with a durable niche
Revenue: $3M+ EBITDA: $1M+ (typically $1M–$4M)
Management: A strong preference for an existing management team, or an owner willing to support a transition. We do not operate the businesses we acquire — we steward them.
What we value: recurring revenue, a genuine competitive moat, essential and non-discretionary demand, and a business we can be proud to own for the long term.
